Bleau Return & Exchange Policy

At Bleau, we hope you love what you order but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

 

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

 

Shipping

·      We do not charge shipping fees on any order.

·    If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please email us at bleauclothingindia@gmail.com within 24 hours. After that window, we won’t be able to raise the issue with our courier partners.

Size Exchange (Clothing Only)

We offer free exchanges for sizing issues!

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size:

1.      Email bleauclothingindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2.      Use the subject line: EXCHANGE [Your Name] [Order Number].

3.      Please include your original order number and desired size in the email.

4.      Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we’ll ship your exchange free of charge (one-time only). Any additional exchange will incur a ₹100 reshipping fee.

Returns & Refunds (Clothing Only)

If you’re unhappy with your order and wish to return it:

  1. Place a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your return is approved, a return fee of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund amount.

  3. Your return will then be registered, and the item will be picked up from your address.

  4. After the returned item is received and verified (unused, with tags, and in original packaging), the remaining refund amount will be processed to your original payment method.

📌 For example, if your original order amount was ₹1000, ₹200 will be deducted as return charges, and you will receive ₹800 as the refund.

 Important Notes

·         We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn, washed, or damaged items.

·         Bleau reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our conditions.

·         We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will always ensure your order is dispatched promptly and tracked.
