Shipping Policy

Delivery time :- Minimum: 2-3 business days. 
Maximum: 1-2 weeks ( for remote areas).

•  We are sending the orders with an external service
• Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
• Prioritising orders are on a case to case basis.
• Our team will not be liable for any courier related delays.
  

 
International Shipping:

• Orders are delivered in 1-4 weeks, depending on the country.
• Shipping rates are calculated as per number of products ordered and country of delivery.
• Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
• Incase there is a mistake/defect in shipment, we will provide a store credit as we are unable to replace international orders.
  
• Custom duties/taxes/charges may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country– We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence. 
• Bleau is not liable to pay any duties or taxes, in case the customer refuses to pay – for any international order.
