Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Bleau! However, if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You can place a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- A deduction of ₹250 per item will be made from your refund amount to cover handling and reverse shipping charges.
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be initiated.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your account according to the details provided by you.
- Please note that refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- In case of COD orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account details shared via email or form.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund (after ₹250 deduction) will be initiated instead.
Non-Returnable Items
- Accessories, sale items, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged / Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
